Privacy Policy

1. Overview

Embodied AI Hub (“the Site”) screens embodied AI projects, models, and datasets, and verifies deployment evidence and data authenticity — including a Verified Deployment Matrix. Local preferences and agent chat stay on your device by default; optional accounts and Matrix submissions store only what you provide. This policy explains what we handle and what we do not.

2. Kept on your device / not collected as a profile

• Preferences: Language and theme live in browser localStorage and are not uploaded as a user profile.
• Ask eAgent chat: Conversation history stays in your browser for the session. We do not keep chats as a training corpus or dossier. Messages are sent temporarily to an inference API to generate a reply.

3. Optional accounts & Matrix submissions

• Registration: If you sign up, we store email, password hash, optional display name and industry notes — for account security and email verification. Company details are optional and only stored if you add them later in Settings.
• Matrix / case submissions: Deployment submissions may include company logo URL, scene, metrics, and public evidence links. They are reviewed before publishing.
• Feedback & resource Issues: On-site feedback and GitHub Issues are processed by those systems; Issues also follow GitHub’s privacy policy.
• Hosting logs: Cloudflare may log IP, user agent, and paths for security and performance. That is not active profile collection by the Site.

4. Cookies & local storage

We use local storage for preferences such as language and theme. You can clear it anytime in your browser.

5. External links

The Site links to GitHub, Hugging Face, company sites, filings, videos, and other third parties. Their privacy practices are their own.

6. Storage & security

The Site runs on Cloudflare (including optional KV for accounts and Matrix patches). We take reasonable steps to protect account and submission data.
