Verified deployment matrix · for startup reference only

How we verify

Deployment figures usually come from announcements, video, and customer statements. We use mandatory multi-source cross-checks, a transparent process, challengeable claims, and a ban on demo-only posts to rank evidence strength for founders.

Primary proof rule: Prefer customer statements, third-party reports, and disclosures. Do not use vendor promo videos as primary proof (supporting only).

Level definitions

  • L3 Strong Official announcement/disclosure + at least one independent customer/third-party confirmation + checkable deployment video/imagery.
  • L2 Medium Official announcement + clear video + concrete scene, but missing independent customer confirmation. Company PR + polished promo maxes at L2.
  • L1 Weak Single-source or incomplete evidence — still listed, ranked lower, with risk noted.
  • Disputed Contradictions or unverifiable claims — kept off the main matrix.

Review checklist

  • Official announcement or formal disclosure · L3
  • Independent customer / third-party cross-check · L3
  • Checkable deployment video or on-site imagery · L3
  • Metrics include data-as-of dates · L3
  • If revenue is shown, provide a verifiable link; else mark “undisclosed”

  • Not demo-only without customer/scale · L3

Process transparency

  • Each entry shows evidence types, data as-of, last verified time, and a log summary
  • Anyone may challenge or add evidence; admins may raise/lower level or mark disputed
  • If revenue is shown, provide a verifiable link; else “undisclosed”. Guidance/targets are not revenue evidence
  • Matrix ranking: first 5 user submissions each month pinned (Beijing time, that month only; preferred on the home badge wall); then level, then newer within a level
  • Detail pages show the audit checklist table and evidence list; admins mark pass (green check) or disputed (yellow circle)
